The label is sort of deceptive because it says “2500 Caps” and “2500 mg”. In fact, this is per dose (two capsules), not per capsule. That means you have to take about 16 pills per day during the loading phase and 4 during maintenance. The pills are about the size of those big multivitamins. When my bottle arrived one of the pills had broken so it was full of white powder.

This is a good product I think. However, be careful…The lable is deceptive. Each cap is NOT 2500 mg. Two caps = 2500 mg, so if you are buying these based on cost, it is the 1250 mg/capsule that you should base your cost estimate on. I will not be repurchasing this as increasing costs by almost triple the cost of powder is simply not worth it for me.
